    • Form submission

    • Webhook received

    • CRM object updates

  • Nodes: A building blocks used to create a workflow. Each node does a specific action. By connecting nodes, you create automated processes for lead routing, object matching, and complex business logic.

Forms

  • Default forms: A built-in form system with a no-code builder. While you can integrate existing form solutions, our native forms offer easy customization without technical expertise.

  • Forms SDK: A JavaScript library that allows you to customize a form submission experience and send the response data to Default for workflows and scheduling.

Scheduling

  • Scheduler: A customizable booking interface that appears after form submission, designed to match your brand’s visual style.

  • Events: Calendar meetings scheduled with contacts. Events come in three types:- Personal: Individual booking links for one-on-one meetings. These operate independently and cannot be incorporated into workflow routing.

    • Team events: One-on-one meetings typically used for demonstrations or training sessions. These work with queues in workflows for automated scheduling.

    • Group events: Multi-participant meetings that accommodate multiple hosts and attendees from both the hosting organization and client side.

  • Queues: Member “rotations” that are used to accurately assign leads and book meetings. Queues can be either max fairness or max availability.

  • Territories: Geographic areas defined by plain text rules using regions, countries, states, cities, or zip codes to determine lead location.

  • Segments: Market divisions within territories, defined by plain text rules to specify business categories such as Enterprise or Mid-market.

General

  • Canvas: The visual workflow builder featuring a grid layout where you design automated processes by connecting multiple nodes and creating conditional paths.

  • Pipeline: A “CRM-esque” view within Default to easily view & keep up to date on all created / updated leads.

Members: Users with an account on Default. Also refers to anyone that needs to be routed such as a lead, prospect, or customer.
