Forms overview
Forms are the starting place for Default. Most workflows that are powered by Default, make use of the submission trigger. As a user, you have many options to select which form system you wish to pair with Default.
Form submissions kick off inbound workflows that are then used to:
Accurately route leads to the right rep.
Enrich leads with both firmographic and geographic data.
Add qualification / disqualification logic to ensure you stay focused on your ICP.
And more…

Default forms
Default forms are the foundational form‑type offered within the Default platform, designed to serve as triggers for downstream workflows. You build them using Default’s no‑code, drag‑and‑drop form builder, enabling you to create customized, branded forms without engineering effort. Once embedded (e.g., via iframe), these forms initiate automated processes such as lead enrichment, qualification, routing to the appropriate rep, CRM object creation or updates, and scheduling — all natively integrated within your revenue stack
Web forms
In addition to building new forms, Default also lets you integrate existing web forms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or custom HTML forms, directly into the platform. Using the Default Forms SDK, your engineering team can capture submissions from your own forms and pass structured data into Default.
This gives teams flexibility to keep their current form experiences while still taking advantage of Default’s workflow automation, routing rules, and CRM integrations. You can customize how form data is sent, add context, and control your form submission experience.
