Lead enrichment

Here's how Clearbit and Apollo are integrated with Default.

Default's platform includes Clearbit Enrichment as a standard feature. With Clearbit enrichment, there is no need to add a Clearbit node within the workflow, and no licenses or additional API keys are required. Every lead that comes through Default is enriched through Clearbit and email.

Clearbit enrichment includes fields such as:

  • Email

Note: Data enrichment enhances existing data by appending additional information making it more actionable. This process helps improve segmentation, streamlines sales, and enhances lead quality with CRM integration. Data enrichment is performed on the lead, contact, and account object.

To leverage Apollo enrichment within a workflow follow these steps:

  1. Go to the available objects

  2. Select the Enrich with Apollo object and add it to the workflow canvas

  3. Add email from the drop down within the Apollo object

For routing or disqualifying a lead, follow these steps:

  1. Add an if/else object

  2. Add a condition using the available person or company enrichment data. You can select form either enrichment provider or layer the data from each provider.
