Booking links

Scheduling links is part of the Scheduling App in Default. Scheduling links allow leads to book a meeting with members. Links streamline the process of setting up meetings, as it eliminates the back-and-forth communication typically required to find a suitable time.
Scheduling links are found within Events, all Events in Default have an associated link.
You will need to set your username for personal custom booking link URLs to also work. This can be set from Settings > User Settings > Profile
Click on the Copy link
button to create a scheduling link for either a queue or a specific team member in your Default workspace.
Types of links
Personal: used for meetings between a single host and multiple leads. The host is always the associated owner of the link and cannot be changed. To create a personal link, you need to use an existing personal event; if one does not exist, please create a new one.
Team: used for meetings between a single host and multiple leads. The host can either be a fixed member (copy link -> team) or can be a member from a queue (copy link -> queue). To create a team link, you need to use an existing team event; if one does not exist, please create a new one.
Group: used for meetings between multiple hosts and multiple leads. To add multiple hosts, you need to select a primary host (whose meeting room will be utilized) and then include additional hosts who will attend. Both primary hosts and additional hosts can be members of a queue.To create a group link, you need to use an existing group event; if one does not exist, please create a new one.

All booking links require email as a mandatory field.
