Deleting a page in your account
If you accidentally created a page or simply need to remove one, you can easily delete it using the interface options available. Follow these simple steps:
CAUTION: Clicking Delete Page will delete the page without any additional confirmation. Please only delete once you have confirmed the page is no longer needed.
Navigate to the page you wish to delete: Forms Tab -> Default Forms.
Look for the three stacked dots located at the top right corner of the page itself that you want to delete.
Click on the three dots to open a menu.
Select the Delete Page option from the menu when you are ready to delete.
Once these steps are completed, the page will be permanently removed from your account.
