Queues vs Event Types

Queues are not to be confused with event types, which are separate objects. Events are used alongside a Queue in the Workflow Builder.

Events handle:

  • Availability

  • Length of meeting

  • Meeting host

  • Notifications / reminders

Queues handle:

  • Picking the right Queue Member -> assignment to right meeting host

  • Depending on your qualification flow, and requirements, your team may run multiple queues. One queue for discovery (SDR operated) and the other that goes straight to demo (sales rep operated).

Round Robins & Queues

Queues can be integrated with Round Robin functionality in two ways:

Round Robin Node

The Round Robin node in workflows handles lead assignment only. Add this node to your Canvas when distributing leads to representatives. Note: This node is not for scheduling meetings.

Generate a Round Robin scheduler link by navigating to Events > Copy Link > Select a Queue. Leads who book through this link are automatically assigned to a queue member.
