Big things are happening at Default this month! 🚀 While January was all about momentum, February is all about transformation. We’re shifting gears from improvements to major feature launches—some of which we can’t wait to unveil soon (👀). Webinar-style Bookings

  • 👥 Multiple attendees per Meeting– mdd a max attendee limit to accommodate multiple leads / prospects / customers at once. Good for webinars or group demos / trainings!

    • Real-Time Availability– If max attendee limit set, we now display the number of timeslots remaining.

  • Simulated meetings warning: running workflow tests from canvas now come with a disclaimer: “Please note that test runs meetings aresimulatedand do not represent actual meeting assignments.”

  • HubSpot lookup associations: when creating workflows, you have access to look for matching deal associations for both thecompanyand thecontactrecords types.

  • Sign up link: added a “Sign Up” option under the login page to improve visibility for new users.

  • Scheduler Tab Improvement: enhanced the highlighting to make it clearer which tab is currently active.

  • Canvas wayfinder: use the “map” icon on the workflow canvas to toggle on the Default wayfinder.

Default Notifications

Get real-time error notifications through Slack, email, or in-app alerts – your choice! Never miss a workflow hiccup again.

Improvements

  • Zoom meetings

    : Default now has the option to include full meeting invite details. Look for the toggle at the event level.

  • Admin meeting control

    : Admins now have the ability to set the preferred meeting provider (Zoom or Google Meet) for all users in the workspace.
